"Samsung's Galaxy C55 and F55 on the Horizon: Global Launch Imminent as Wi-Fi Alliance Certifications Surface"

Recently, the Samsung SM-C5560 gained certification from TENAA, suggesting it could be released as the Galaxy C55. Subsequently, the Wi-Fi Alliance also granted certification for the same model, hinting at an impending global launch. Additionally, another model, the SM-E555B/DS, has been certified, potentially serving as the Galaxy F55.
Both devices boast dual-band Wi-Fi 6 support, a well-established standard, considering Wi-Fi 7 is still relatively new for mid-range devices. The Galaxy F55 is expected to be a global variant of the Galaxy M55, which was previously spotted on Geekbench equipped with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 and 8GB of RAM. In contrast, the A55 is anticipated to house an Exynos 1480.

Wi-Fi Alliance has issued certificates for the Galaxy C55, Galaxy F55, and Galaxy M55. Regarding the Galaxy C55, details from TENAA reveal an undisclosed chipset, 8/12GB RAM, 128/256GB storage, and a triple camera setup featuring 50+8+2MP. The battery is likely to have a 5,000mAh capacity, aligning with other mid-range devices in the Galaxy family.

The C-series has remained inactive for over 5 years since the last entry, the Galaxy C7 (2017). While it was once a popular series, Samsung has shifted its focus primarily to the A and M phones, supplemented by localized versions like the F series. The nature of the Galaxy C55 remains uncertain, as it could potentially be a rebranded version of either an A or an M phone.
